Once you are on a path to identify your inner strengths, you need to have a crystal clear vision, a true power of clarity. In medieval periods, the word Jealousy was very commonly used. Now this has been replaced by ‘Competition’ and ‘Camaraderie’
Thus it becomes very important to have a long tern Vision.
THIS IS LAW OF CLARITY
LAW OF CONCENTRATION
Leadership
After Law of Identity and Law of Clarity. The third most important Law of Leadership is Law of Concentration.
If you are not focused, no matter how hard you may try, you will fall flat. You need to focus on the GOAL rather than the obstacles in the path of GOALS
Obstacles come and they go. What is Stagnant is your GOAL.
And what keep you focused towards your goal is YOUR INTELLECT
LAW OF COMMITMENT

IDENTITY ——– CLARITY————- CONCENTRATION——- COMMITMENT
Not much needed to explain. Each step loses the meaning if not preceded by COMMITMENT.
Commitment is a call to Action.
If you keep planning, have commitment but don’t put your thoughts to action – Everything is Useless.

And believe me if you have all these laws imbibed in your professional life and are growing up the Spiral Ladder of Career Growth, you would still need that one person who is called a MENTOR
The friendship and guidance of this Mentor will not just complement you but will Complete You.
