Relocation Restrain

We first made a list of target audiences – Target Industry and Target roles keeping in mind his current location. Then through the network, we figured out which organizations were hiring and we searched for open roles.

Since his location was confined to Bangalore, the opportunities were limited. So we couldn’t afford to even miss the single opportunity and a custom resume version had to be created against each role and JD to ensure it was 100% commensurate with the requirements.

Since he was restrained, we leveraged our network for his recruitment. In tandem we improved his LinkedIn profile and helped grow his First Degree connections and crafted personalized messages so as to give them reason to connect. Soon his profile started appearing in the top three searches. 

This exercise worked in tandem with social networking. After sharing customized resume’ against specific JDs, we penetrated through HR and business teams to influence the stakeholders handling that particular JD. We also identified common threads such as an ex-manager currently working with the new organization client was eying.

Since the market was already full of right profiles, and the positions were mostly meant for different locations, we had to create a sales pitch strong enough to outshadow other profiles, and generate a need for the recruitment of our client. This sales pitch demanded a lot of research and conversation with the client.

We helped arrange direct calls and interviews while providing complete profile details of interviewers beforehand to the client. We walked the extra mile by helping negotiate the title and salary for the client.

The client unleashed the power of social media networking and was enabled to ensure a good profile upkeep and networking thereupon.
