We first made a list of target audiences – Target Industry and Target roles keeping in mind his current location. Then through the network, we figured out which organizations were hiring and we searched for open roles.
Since his location was confined to Bangalore, the opportunities were limited. So we couldn’t afford to even miss the single opportunity and a custom resume version had to be created against each role and JD to ensure it was 100% commensurate with the requirements.
